IBPS CLERK Exam Pattern Details And Syllabus-The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is a government owned bank personal recruitment agency which conducts banking sector exams every year for various posts, in this article we published the exam pattern details of the IBPS CLERK, please read carefully every point to understand about recruitment policy for this exam.

Age Limit :

Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 28 years

Education Qualification

IBPS Clerk Degree Eligibility: In order to pass the IBPS Clerk eligibility criteria, a candidate should have a degree (Graduation) in any discipline from Government of India recognized college/ university, as on 09/07/2021. Candidates having any equivalent qualification that is recognized by Central Government are also eligible to apply.

Other Requirements: Computer Literacy is a must. Candidate must possess operating as well as working knowledge of Computer System. For this, candidates should have followed –
(a) Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Operations/ Language
(b) Should have studied Computer/ Information Technology as one of the subjects in High School/ Institute/ College.

Proficiency in Local Language: Candidates should also be proficient in the language of the state from which they are applying. This means that the candidates should know how to read, write and speak the official language of the state of union territory from which they are applying.

  • Basic Pay under IBPS Clerk Salary is ₹ 11,765/– to ₹ 31,540/-. Apart from this, candidates once selected as Clerk in IBPS banks are also entitled to various emoluments.

Special Allowance : ₹ 1561

DA : ₹ 7073

CCA : ₹ 0

TA : ₹ 425

Total (without HRA) : ₹ 18413

HRA : ₹ 980

Gross Salary : ₹ 23115

SELECTION PROCEDURE :- The selection for Specialist Officers will be done through a three-tier process.

  • IBPS Clerk Preliminary Exam
  • IBPS Clerk Mains Exam
  • Language Proficiency Test
